Here you go, Tom.
It's been a little harder done than said to rip the track, and I haven't done anything sane with the tagging of it (if one were to download and play it in their media player), but hopefully you should at least be able to hear it. You'll have to excuse the mistrust of the sound engineer towards the beginning of the track - he seemingly wasn't expecting any dynamic variation.
