It only really works when it's loud enough for the rhythm to literally shake your ribcage. My friend is in a Metal covers band and the crowd go bonkers for this one.

I used to listen to this tune all the time in 5th form. I thought it was the coolest thing ever... still have the album somewhere. Have you seen pictures of these guys? Their photoshoots are like a homoerotic Hitler youth promotional, very bizarre.
Still the 'Du Hast' thing is meant to be a play on words isn't it... something between 'you have me' and ' you hate me' or something.

I have pretty varied tastes! Rammstein aren't that obscure really. They were on the main stage at Rock Am Ring last year and one of their songs is in David Lynch's film Lost Highway. They really do fuse rock and dance better than anyone else has, to my ears.
