Mark, to embed video, use the old HTML editor for your post initially, makes it a bit easier. Then go to the youtube video and to the right at the top there will be a box with video information, title/about etc... in a box there will be some code. Just copy and paste this into your post where you want it. It'l look like a bunch of old crap until you view your post in the blog once saved.
